CASS COUNTY FAMILY YMCA

These are clubs for YMCA members only.  Membership requires achieving one rep each of the bench press, squat, and deadlift to equal or exceed 500 pounds (for women) or 1000 pounds (gender neutral). This is a raw challenge. See lift rules below for details.

Lifts must be performed within one hour in front of a qualified staff member.  If no qualified staff member is present, you can make an appointment.

Lift rules can be found here. Club members receive a free t-shirt, are listed on the gym wall, and have their photos and lift information listed here on this site.
