The Y is a cause-driven organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of the community through programs that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors. That’s why, at the Y, we work side by side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to thrive.

The Y is the nation’s leading nonprofit committed to providing the support and opportunities that empower people and communities to learn, grow and thrive. With a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y nurtures the potential of every youth and teen, improves the nation’s health and well-being, and provides opportunities to give back and support our neighbors.

To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all

The Y is, and always will be, dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families, and communities. Every day our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child, and when a community comes together for the common good. When you give to the Y, your gift will have a meaningful, enduring impact right in your own neighborhood.

The Y So Much More Campaign is the Y’s annual fundraising campaign that provides financial assistance. By donating to our campaign, you are helping children and their families have a chance at a healthy lifestyle that would normally not be able to due to low income. If you are interested in making a donation to this campaign, please stop by the front desk. No donation is too small.

Another benefit to YMCA members is the wide variety of aerobic classes that we offer at no additional charge. We offer spinning, cardio classes, meditation and relaxation yoga, TRX, and Latin Moves. Please see the enclosed schedule for class days and times.

We also offer several exercise classes in the water that are part of our membership package. Seniors will enjoy the variety of low-impact exercises that are perfect for those with arthritis or going through rehabilitation. Please see the enclosed schedule for class days and times.

The Y has afterschool childcare available at our facility from 2:30-5:30pm. Children are in a safe supervised atmosphere where they will enjoy games, snacks, and homework time.

The Cass County Family Y could not function without the help of able, dedicated volunteers. We hold several special events throughout the year, and are always looking for volunteers. If interested, please stop by the front desk for opportunities.
