SilverSneakers is back!
Great news! Our SilverSneakers class, which has been on pause for over a year, is coming back on July 6th! Every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am, come let Cindy Haggerty lead you through chair-based balance, muscle maintenance, and flexibility exercises to keep you moving.

Heads up, Y Family! All of our parking lots are currently closed as they get repaved and painted. We are OPEN, but only street parking is available at this time.
