KICK IT UP!

The YMCA Tae Kwon Do classes provide a unique and challenging opportunity for individuals to have fun while getting a good physical work-out. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that promotes a healthy mind and body through vigorous mental and physical exercise. Classes help students develop flexibility, strength and endurance, while also focusing on increasing self-esteem, respect, concentration, and discipline.

This is a 6 week program in partnership with Innovative Martial Arts.

Classes begin September 17

Cost: $30 Member  $45 Non-Member

Uniform Cost $55 (Optional)

What to wear– Sweatpants, t-shirt and athletic shoes.    

Belts will be provided.
