| Cardio Blast | This one hour high-intensity class combines weight training with STEP, cardiovascular aerobics, and floor work. It is designed to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. It can be easily modified for all levels of fitness. Weights, balance balls, medicine balls, and mats are used. |
| Mix It Up | This high energy workout combines STEP, floor aerobics, interval training, and a variety of equipment to get you moving! This fun class also utilizes the track and nautilus center for a well rounded routine. |
