Hard Core Abs

This class combines a variety of abdominal toning exercises to add the finishing touch to any workout routine.

Monday & Thursdays

Pilates uses breathing and mental awareness to control the movements of the body to build core muscle strength.

Wednesdays & Fridays 5:45-6:30am

 Zumba

 

Zumba is a latin based aerobic-cardio workout that uses high intensity interval training as one of the methods of burning maximum calories.

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm

Body ShapingReceive an outstanding workout focused on body shaping with weights and floor work. STEP and cardio training are a big part of this class.
Cardio BlastThis one hour high-intensity class combines weight training with STEP, cardiovascular aerobics, and floor work. It is designed to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. It can be easily modified for all levels of fitness. Weights, balance balls, medicine balls, and mats are used.
Mix It Up This high energy workout combines STEP, floor aerobics, interval training, and a variety of equipment to get you moving!  This fun class also utilizes the track and nautilus center for a well rounded routine.

enhance cardio, endurance, musclar strength, and overall fitness!
