Pike (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p)
This level helps children develop pool behavior, adjustment to the water, and develop independent movement in the water. This level is designed for the beginner and very elementary skills are practiced. Floatation devices are used throughout all lessons.
Eel (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p)
This level is for the intermediate beginner and reinforces "Pike" skills. Children are taught to flutter kick and will be able to swim one length of the pool by the end of this session.
Polliwog (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p)
This is the beginning level for school-aged children. By the end of this session, children should know how to successfully move around in the pool without assistance.
Guppy (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p)
Children will review "Polliwog" skills and begin to swim without floatation devices. They will also be introduced to the breast stroke, side stroke, and elementary back stroke.
