Healthy Kids Day

Family health is a priority for the YMCA. The YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a nationwide celebration of children’s health and fitness. The activities throughout the event are designed to promote healthy lifestyles and encourage families to spend time getting and staying healthy together.

2nd Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5k Run/Walk

• March 3rd, 2012 - 9:00am - at the Cass County Family Y

The Cass County Family Y will be hosting the 2nd Annual Shamrok Shuffle! It is a 5k Run/Walk with a 1 mile fun run! Awards will be given to 5K participants! The first 250 participants will receive a T-Shirt and enjoy a fun enviroment during and after the race relax and visit with friends while you enjoy a post race lunch!

17th Annual River City Triathlon

June 9th, 2012- 8:00am - at France Park -

The Cass County Family Y will be hosting the 17th Annual River City Triathlon to be held on June 9th, 2012, at France Park. The Triathlon will consist of a 500 yard quary swim, 14.4 mile scenic bike, and a 3.3 mile trail run! Registrations will be taken unitl 7:15am the day of the race. You may register online at the Cass County Family YMCA.

2 Rivers On 2 Wheels Bike Tour

THe 1st Annual 2 Rivers on 2 Wheels was a success! We had 138 participants and a beautiful day! Thanks to all Sponsors and Volunteers to help make this event such a success, we wouldnt be able to do it without you! More information can be found at www.2riverson2wheels.org.

Halloween At the Y

• October 31, 2011 5-7pm
Halloween at the Y is a fun family event and a great way to enjoy Halloween in a safe, supervised environment. Children can participate in several spooky games and contests and receive many prizes. Each child dressed in costume will receive a goody bag filled with surprises.

15th Annual Turkey Trot 4 Mile Run

• Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 22nd) 2012, 8:00 am

Located at the Cass County Family YMCA, this 4-mile race is a great way to get some exercise before you enjoy your holiday feast. The Turkey Trot entry fee is $15 on or before November 18th and $18 after November 19th. The cost of the race does include a Long SleeveT-Shirt!!!
