This great cardio workout will increase your strength and endurance and is perfect for runners, swimmers, and athletes to cross-train for upcoming events. Abdominal/core training and relaxing stretches complete this 75 minute class. All ability levels are welcome. | Nautilus Orientations (* By Appointment Only *) There will be a trained instructor available to help you learn to use the Hoist Circuit Equipment equipment and to answer any questions you may have regarding a workout plan. To ensure one-on-one attention we require you to schedule an appointment. Members between the ages of 13-17 are required to have a Nautilus orientation before they are permitted to use the weight room. |
