Land Fitness/Aerobics Programs • Free to Y members • $40 for 12 classes for non-members There are many aerobics programs available at different schedules throughout the week. All aerobics classes can be modified to meet the needs of individuals of all fitness levels. | Nautilus Orientations (* By Appointment Only *) There will be a trained instructor available to help you learn to use the Hoist Circuit Equipment equipment and to answer any questions you may have regarding a workout plan. To ensure one-on-one attention we require you to schedule an appointment. Members between the ages of 13-17 are required to have a Nautilus orientation before they are permitted to use the weight room. |
Stretch & Tone 10:00-11:00am Tuesday & Thursday Stretch and Tone is the core of any and all fitness program. Stretching is the start of fitness and toning is neccessary finish to shaping and strengthening the body, while having fun throughout the hole hour! Silver Sneakers (Chair Aerobics) 12:45-1:45 Tuesday & Thursday A program for Senior Citizens to gain muscle strength and control and keeping in shape to feel great while having fun. Zumba Gold 11:45am-12:45pm Monday & Wednesday This sister class to ZUMBA is set to a lower intensity level, but is still a fast fun fitness class set to Latin music. Capable of burning 300-500 calories in one session. You will learn Salsa, Rumba, ChaCha, Merenge, Samba, and more!! | Cardio Step Mon/Tues/Thurs 5:30am-6:30am Get your heart-a-pumping early! Coregraphed set of exercise to lively music! Weights and Floor work to finish the hour. ZUMBA 6:30-7:30pm Monday & Wednesday Fast & Fun Fitness class set to Latin Music! You will learn and use the Salsa, Rumba, ChaCha, Merengee, and Samba to move and shake those pounds away! Capable of burning 500 calories in one session! |
